• New construction: plan the rough opening around the selected door unit.
• Replacement project: measure the existing rough opening after the old trim is removed whenever possible.
• Custom configurations: share the overall width and height, including any sidelights or transom.

• Jamb depth: based on the finished wall thickness.
• Color: matte black and oil-rubbed bronze are popular choices; custom colors are available.

Please review every detail carefully. Production begins only after we receive your written approval. Any requested revisions should be made before approval to avoid additional cost or delays.

Production starts after drawing approval. Custom iron doors typically require approximately 14–16 weeks before delivery, depending on the design and selected options.

The completed door is secured in a steel-supported wooden crate for transportation. Free curbside delivery is available within the continental United States. The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

We recommend hiring a professional installer with experience installing heavy prehung iron doors. Follow the installation guide and check that the frame is square, level, and properly sealed before completing the surrounding finish work.
